SPIKA (Spica) er en klar, blåhvid stjerne i Virgo. Den er en af de lyseste på nattehimlen og markerer Jomfruens aks. Spica ses tydeligt om foråret og bruges ofte som pejlemærke sammen med nærliggende stjerner.
